Aeon is a character that appears in Shining Nikki. He is an admin of the Ark alongside his younger sister, Marina.

Appearance[]
Aeon has blue eyes and dark blue hair, and he often holds a serious expression. He wears a long, dark blue coat with a faint star print and a red stripe on the right. On the left side of the coat is a printed silver brooch that resembles a cross. Underneath his coat, Aeon wears a long, button-up white shirt with a silver plaid pattern on its right side over a black sweater with a silver zipper and dark gray pants. On his right wrist, he wears a watch with a star pattern similar to his coat and in his other hand, he carries a mysterious book.
Personality[]
Aeon is a serious and intelligent young man but also an indulgent brother. He loved reading about the outside world of Miraland. He is also passionate about rock and punk music and wrote songs himself, which, according to his sister Marina, are awful.
History[]
Aeon is an admin of the Ark and spent most of his time arranging the archives and maintaining the order of the Ocean of Memories. He kept wondering why he and his sister were chosen and born in the Ark. Although he tried every possible way to investigate, but he never found out the answer. Leonid told him that he would know the reason one day, but it might not be pleasant.[2]
Once, Aeon accidentally crossed the Gate of Heart and arrived in Miraland. However, his appearance in Miraland caused a big tsunami. After he stopped it, he went back to the Ark and never returned.[3][4]
Plot[]
Aeon first met Nikki when she jumped into the Ark after the destruction of Miraland in Year 680 in order to travel back to Year 0 to save it. Aeon offered to take her home in the original world with the Ark. Nikki went back to home with Momo for a short time and saw her mother and sister, but then she still decided to come back to Miraland to save it. Aeon did what she asked, and dropped her in Year 0 and also helped her to understand the Ark and the Designer's Reflections inside.[5][6][7]
Nikki returned to the Ark to ask Aeon about Ashley after losing her trail of clues, and Aeon helped her to investigate. He suggested that Ashley's experience was somehow similar to Leonid's, so her Reflection might have clues regarding Leonid.[5][6]
Together, Aeon and Nikki go to Ashley's set that she designed, Meteoric Feather, but the mirror was not complete since she had not finished it. Nikki got trapped in the memory of the Reflection momentarily, and Aeon explained to her that articles of clothing can have strong memories and feelings associated with them.[5][6]
