Azure Oath is an

SR set from Shining Nikki. It is the chapter set corresponding with Volume 3: Chapter 4 that can be crafted in the workshop. Once the set is completed, the Designer's Reflection, Tang Hupo: Azure Oath, is given upon invoking. It was designed by Tang Hupo and can be recolored into Dawn Oath.
