Leisure Seawaves is a

SSR set from Shining Nikki that can be obtained during the Love in Wintermount event in the exclusive summoning pavilion. It was designed by Helz and can be recolored into Leisure Goldlight.
The 
Water Wave pose and the Blue Vacation Blossom Plaza Cutesy decor were awarded in an achievement after acquiring the full set and its corresponding Designer's Reflection, Helz: Leisure Seawaves.
