Nightfall Nebula is a 
Cool and 
SR set from Shining Nikki designed by Zoey. It is the chapter set for Main Story Chapter 9 and is obtained through crafting in the Workshop upon unlocking recipes and gathering materials throughout the chapter.
The recolored set Moonrise can be obtained by ranking up and awakening Zoey: Nightfall Nebula, the associated Designer's Reflection. The Reflection is given after crafting the entire set and invoking it. Memory Echoes require re-invoking the set after collecting certain materials.
