UR set from Shining Nikki designed by Qin Yi. It is the chapter set corresponding with Mind Maze Chapter 3 that can be crafted in the workshop. Once the set is completed, the Designer's Reflection, Qin Yi: Out the Phoenix Palace, is given upon invoking.
Out the Flower Palace is the recolor of Out the Phoenix Palace, and it can be obtained by ranking up and awakening the Designer's Reflection.
