Peppermint has long pink hair that is separated into two strands that are held by white pom-poms and has yellowish-brown eyes. And she wears a sheep sleep mask with mint frills and blue flowers on it. She mainly wears a mint-colored Lolita-styled dress that has white frills on the ends of the skirt sleeves and the end of the back ribbon and it has light purple bows decorated around the dress some having flowers on those ribbons. She has white thigh-high socks with flowers on the top of the socks and has white fluffy boots. And she holds a bag that looks like a seal.
