Vulture is an employee of Mercury Group and runs numerous errands for Mercury.
In Chapter 3, he mind-controlled Susan and other people in Shadowflow and tried to use them to steal the manuscript of Leonid from Nikki and Loen but failed.
In Chapter 7, in the Lodden Hotel auction, Mercury ordered him to capture Nikki, but failed when Nikki used the power of Designer's Reflection to temporarily paralyze him.
